Jural Assembly

Returning To Lawful Order

Hidden in plain sight is a powerful truth: ordinary people can lawfully rise, assemble, and reclaim control of justice, peace, and governance in their own communities. A jural assembly is the people’s forgotten engine of self-rule—where neighbors become the authority, law is born locally, and freedom is enforced by consent, not command.

A jural assembly is an unincorporated association of people who come together within a community to define, administer, and enforce local laws through self-governance.

Acting by the voluntary agreement of its members, the assembly takes responsibility for the well-being, peace, and order of their neighborhood by selecting leaders and officials—such as delegates, commissioners, sheriffs, notaries, and scribes—to manage community affairs, uphold justice, and preserve records.

Jural assemblies are a way for people to reclaim local authority, restore a republican form of government, and ensure that governance remains in the hands of the people themselves.
